• The Mission of Harlingen CISD Library Services Department is to ensure that students and staff have access to a broad range of materials, whether they be print or electronic, for pleasure reading and informational needs.  Library Services will assist students and staff in becoming ethical and effective users of information, resources, and ideas that will enable them to become lifelong learners.
